Job Title: Cost Estimator
Job Location: Baltimore, MD
Job Duties: Collect historical data to estimate costs for the company's remodeling projects; consult with clients and vendors to discuss and formulate estimates; set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures; analyze blueprints and technical documents to prepare cost, material, and labor estimates; confer with contractors and engineers on changes and adjustments to cost estimates; assess cost effectiveness of projects and services by comparing actual costs to bids.
Requirements: Position requires Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management. Position also requires at least 12 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Construction Manager, Engineer or Engineering Technician.
Salary: $50,648.00/year
