• To process and fulfill sample and product orders.
• To review and process dealer applications.
• To send service updates related to your order or application.

If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or order. Message and data rates may apply; you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & third-party services

Our site uses a small number of third-party services to function: web fonts (Google Fonts), open-source libraries served from public CDNs, Google Maps for our maps, and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service for location search. When your browser loads these resources, the provider may receive standard technical data such as your IP address. We may also use basic analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate.

When we share information

• Authorized dealers — if you ask to be connected with a dealer, we share your contact details with the dealer serving your area.
• Service providers — shipping carriers, payment processors, and IT providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing baltimore@vitacabinetry.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Children

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
