Vita Cabinetry accepts cash, check, credit card, and ACH bank transfer. Full payment is required before any order is released for pickup or delivery. Payments made by check or ACH must clear and be verified by Vita Cabinetry before the order is released.
Any payment returned for insufficient funds, or for any other reason, is subject to a $35 returned-payment fee. Following a returned payment, Vita Cabinetry reserves the right to require certified funds or prepayment on future orders.
Vita Cabinetry accepts valid resale certificates from clients who are purchasing items for wholesale purposes rather than as the end user. Please ensure your current documentation is on file with us prior to placing your order.
Each order is reviewed for accuracy upon receipt. Dealers are responsible for confirming item numbers, sizes, quantities, door styles, and finishes before submitting an order. Please double-check all items before signing — sales are final after signing.
Changes or cancellations can be accommodated only before an order enters production; once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Orders must be picked up, or scheduled for delivery, within three (3) weeks of purchase. Orders not accepted within this period are stored at the client’s expense, and storage fees accrue monthly at $50.00 per pallet until collected. Vita Cabinetry is not responsible for delays resulting from a client’s failure to schedule pickup or delivery.
All shipments should be inspected at pickup or delivery, and any visible damage or shortage noted at that time.
Returns are accepted for credit only and require prior return authorization from Vita Cabinetry. Assembled, modified, custom, or special-order cabinets cannot be returned. All other returns and cancellations are subject to inspection and a 25% restocking fee; returned product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Vita Cabinetry products are protected by the Vita Cabinetry Limited Lifetime Warranty. See the Warranty page for complete coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
